Choose 12, 18, or 21 meals per week. Every meal is portioned to your body metrics using BMR calculations — not generic one-size-fits-all servings. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options rotate monthly so you never get bored.
12 meals/week: $120 (~$10/meal). 18 meals/week: $170 (~$9.44/meal). 21 meals/week: $190 (~$9.05/meal). Billed every two weeks, plus shipping.
